Every candidate must possess the prescribed educational qualifications, work experience, and age requirements by the cut-off date (28.05.2025). Proficiency in Hindi/Sanskrit until Matriculation level or equivalent is obligatory for all positions.
Work Experience and Educational Requirements:
C.A. Degree with Accounts: 5 years of executive level (Senior Manager and higher) experience required.
Deputy General Manager (Accounts): C.A. Degree with 7 years of experience, 5 of which should be in a managerial (AGM or higher) executive role, in the relevant field.
Senior System Analyst: 5 years of executive level (System Analyst and higher) experience in Computer Science or IT and a 1st Class B.E./B.Tech. degree in Computer Engineering or an MCA.
Project Manager: 5 years of executive level (AGM or higher) experience in the field of Electronics along with 7 years of overall experience and a 1st Class B.E./B.Tech. degree in Electronics.
MBA in HR and at least 5 years of work experience, 2 of which should be in a managerial (Senior Manager or higher) role in HR, is required for Assistant General Manager (Administration).
Electronics: 5 years of executive (Deputy Engineer/Senior Technical Manager and higher) level experience along with 1st Class B.E./B.Tech. in Electronics are needed for Senior Engineer (Electronics).
Manager (Accounts): 2 years of experience in the field post C.A. is needed.
Programmer: First Division Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Technology (B.E./B.Tech) in Computer Science or Master’s of Computer Applications (MCA) with one year’s experience in the same field.
Electronics Assistant Engineer: First Division Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Technology (B.E./B.Tech) in Electronics and two years of relevant work experience.
Company Secretary: A member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India having worked as a Company Secretary for no less than three years.
