Wipro’s Work Integrated Learning Program (WILP) 2025 comes with specific eligibility guidelines. Based on the information provided, Wipro will only consider freshers graduating in 2024 and 2025.
WILP enables Wipro to employ BCA and BSC graduates while they pursue their MTEch from top tier institutes in India, which Wipro will fund, thereby providing them with unparalleled professional opportunities.
Upon completing the program, Senior Project Engineers will enter the organization with a starting salary of INR 6,000,000. They will also receive additional bonuses and incentives based on their performance during the program.
The competing candidates must have the following minimum requirements to attend Wipro’s WILP Off-Campus Drive. Graduates must core mathematics as a subject at their degree level.
Business Maths & Applied Mathematics are not accepted as Core Mathematics.
A claimant is allowed a gap of a maximum of three years before their 10th grade to their graduation.
Graduation must take place within three years and not have any learning gaps.
Students must have completed their secondary education through distance learning if they are applying to 10th and 12th grades.
Most if not all, active arrears have to be settled before the candidate takes part in the selection procedure.
A person must be 18 years or older when registering.
Wipro disqualifies candidates who took part in any selection process conducted by Wipro in the last three months.
The applicant must be an Indian National and must possess a PIO or OCI card, if he/she holds a passport from another country.
Citizens of Bhutan and Nepal must provide a citizenship certificate.
Candidates who took part within the last three months in the selection process conducted by Wipro are disqualified from the selection process.

For Wipro WILP Off Campus Drive 2025, the following criteria must be met:
Class 10: Completed
Class 12: Completed
Graduation: Must have 60% (or 6.0 CGPA) or higher according to university policy.
Service Agreement and Bond
The candidates would need to sign a service agreement for 60 months upon joining.

Selection Process for Wipro WILP Off Campus Drive 2025
Every eligible candidate must go through below online assessment details which are appended for your reference.
Round 1: Online Assessment (80 minutes) comprising of 4 sections:
Verbal-20 mins-20 questions
Analytical-20 mins-20 questions
Quantitative – 20 Mins – 20 questions
Written Communication Test (20 mins)
Each candidate undergoes the first two rounds as a business discussion to verify their progression to subsequent stages.
The candidates who progress past the business discussion will, in Round 2, undergo a Technical Interview followed by an HR interview.
Important Dates
Last date to apply: 16th February 2025
Having completed an initial 3 month cool off period from the previous assessment, candidates will be invited for the test process.
